RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty has honored Terry “Citizen” Kane for her outstanding sales in 2002-2008 earning her membership in the prestigious RE/MAX International Platinum Club and induction into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. The Platinum Club was established in 1994 to recognize the highest producers in the RE/MAX system each year. Her induction into RE/MAX International Hall of Fame reflects her extraordinary high level of sales .” Sandra Sanders, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Palos Verdes, remarked “I have rarely seen anyone accomplish this award so quickly”.

This prestigious Information technology position managed all three South Bay Associations of Realtors Multiple Listing Systems.
Real estate is Terry’s passion, and she is able to use her financial skills and corporate “know how” when working on a multi-million dollar transaction. Currently she is developing a niche in the market place as a Divorce Real Estate Broker Specialist and works as an expert Real Estate consultant, advisor listing and/or buyers agent to prospective divorcees in both litigation and the co-mediation legal processes. As a neutral participant, Terry focuses on the financial well being of both parties.
