Terry is an unbelievable broker!!!!!!

I called into RE/MAX PV randomly using the internet after my husband told me he had accepted a job in Los Angeles California.  The RE/MAX Palos Verdes operator had to page the office to find an agent.  The operator forwarded the call accidentally to Terry and my move from Connecticut to California became a reality. 

Terry talked to me for approximately thirty minutes and calmed me down, I had no idea where I wanted to live or should live.  In about 30 minutes, after the call, I received an e-mail discussing the neighborhoods and six weeks later we found a perfect home.  Also, Terry assisted us in reassigning our listing to another more competent Connecticut listing agent. 

A long story short-Needless to say she worked some miracles as the housing market was very intense.  She always had an e-mail to us by 7:30 AM and we were able to view the homes of choice by that afternoon. We always felt we were her only clients.  In some cases, she had data to us prior to the listing.   She finally contacted several builders and found us our home (not listed) and our search finally ended. 

She is not only our Realtor for life but our friend!
